Error when clicking edit for an MSI command line: ctrlAccordion: ReferenceError: 'ctrlAccordion_expdUninstallOptions' is undefined.

Error in the logs includes Error occured while detecting solaris package.
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file
'c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\(file name of executing package)'

Cause

This is a defect.

Resolution

The fix is included in the 8.5 RU1 cumulative rollup found here: INFO5299

Filename: SMA_SMP_8_5_POST_RU1_v2.zip

To apply the fix, follow these steps:

1. Log onto the Symantec Management Platform (SMP) server as the Application Identity account.
2. Download the zip file and extract the contents to a directory not within the Altiris install folders.
3. Execute PFInstaller2.exe.
4. Choose to install the fix.
