Issue/Introduction
Packages are stuck in 2 states "Downloading" or "Pending Download" state on PKG Server
The agent logs on the PS show that the image is not finishing the hash.
Environment
DS 7.x, 8.x
Cause
The SMA agent is restarting
Resolution
Determined that the agent was being restarted by a plug-in that was being reinstalled every 30 minutes. Turned off the policy and the PS began working.
