Issue/Introduction

When a user launches Adobe Acrobat Reader while Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) agent is enabled, AcroRd32.exe crashes.

Environment

• Symantec DLP
• Avecto 

Cause

A .dll from Avecto caused a conflict with DLP. 

Resolution

• The solution is to upgrade the Avecto software to the latest version.
• As a workaround, the Avecto software can be uninstalled or disabled, or disable the print monitoring for the DLP agent.
