Issue/Introduction

An Email Security.Cloud account has been purchased and provisioned. The Primary Login ID and Password to login into Email Security.cloud admin portal (also known as ClientNet) is usually included in the Welcome Email sent by the Provisioning team.  However, the Welcome Email has not yet been received or the Welcome Email needs to be sent to a different authorized contact.

Resolution

Please contact the Provisioning team at SED.fulfillment@broadcom.com  to resend the email.  Provisioning team is not reachable via Phone, however, a callback can be requested using email.

Please note that Technical Support does not have access to resend the Welcome Email .
