Issue/Introduction

An Email Security.Cloud account has been purchased and provisioned. The primary Login ID and Password to login into Email Security.Cloud admin portal (also known as ClientNet) is usually included in the welcome email sent by the Provisioning team.  The administrator identified on the account has not received the welcome email or it requires to be sent to a different authorized contact.

Resolution

Please open a customer care case with Product as Product Entitlements/Contracts Related to request to have the email re-send. 

Please note that Technical Support does not have access to resend the Welcome Email .
