Error: "Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly while install the Dagent" with a Dagent install

Issue/Introduction

While trying to perform an installation of the Dagent by running the Dagent .msi file, either manually or through a scripted process, a pop up box appears with the following error:

Cause

This error will not occur if the Dagent is pushed from the Ghost Solution Suite console using the Remote Agent Installer, and the error is caused by a service that is not running.

Resolution

Open the Services application on your Windows operating system.  Locate the Windows Modules Installer service and start this service and then perform the installation of the Dagent again:
