Issue/Introduction

Detection server will not connect to enforce server after upgrade to 15.x.

Keystore files are in the correct locations when compared to working detection servers.  

WrapperSimpleApp Error: com.vontu.boxmonitor.BoxMonitorException: Monitor Error 4162.

Also possible is that the BoxMonitor log file on the detection server shows: 

com.vontu.communication.transport.ServerChannelManager <init>
initialized server channel manager
com.vontu.communication.transport.KeyStoreFileHelper getSslKeyStoreFile
INFO: No *.sslKeyStore files found in keystore

Cause

The wrong hostname or IP address is entered into the detection server .msi UI or command-line utility during installation

Confirm the "serverBindName"  is set to your Detection Server IP Address:
