Issue/Introduction

Management Console shows Health: CRITICAL

Event log contains numerous entries of "Download of Local database failed"

View Download Status: Download log shows "No download required."

Packet capture for the corresponding file request returns 304 Not Modified

Resolution

Make a modification to the database file (such as adding a test URL), then attempt the Download again, which should now work.
