Network incidents take extremely long time to view and sometimes won't open

Issue/Introduction

While other incident snapshot details load as expected, network incidents take longer than normal to open - sometimes several minutes.

In some environments, they won't open at all, even if the page is left to load for more than 15 minutes.

The following appears in the Tomcat log:

Cause

Known issue, which can affect customers even without ICE component in place.

Environment

15.1 or 15.1 MP1

Resolution

A public hotfix has been created for this issue, and requires the 15.1 MP1 branch to implement.

The hotfix is on FileConnect, as Hotfix_15.1.0105.zip.
