Steps to enable and view WCCP debug logs

Issue/Introduction

ProxySG is having WCCP connectivity issue and would like to know if there is any debug logs available.
How to generate an WCCP Debug Log to try to obtain detailed logs for WCCP activities in Proxy?

Resolution

1.    Login to the ProxySG Management Console
 
2.    In the address bar of the browser, type the following advanced URL :
 
https://proxyIP:8082/wccp/debug

3.   Set the mask to enable all 4 trace options

4.   It is recommended that you setup a short interval snapshot to capture all the debug logs by following this guide (TECH241685) as reference, by changing the target of the snapshot to /wccp/debug
