How do I edit my profile?


You have the ability to update and customize your user email address, password and language preference from the Account Settings page inside your Appthority portal. To do so:

  1. Click on your user name to access the dropdown.
  2. Select Account Settings.  

Change your account email address

Your account user email address, which is used to sign on to your Appthority portal, can be changed/edited within Account Settings:

  1. Update the Primary Email Address field.
  2. Click Save Changes.

Personalize your password

Once signed into your Appthority portal account with the auto-generated, randomized password provided, you can personalize your Appthority password. Here's how:

  1. From Account Settings, fill in the Update Password fields (Note: Your password must be a minimum of six characters, cannot contain a full dictionary word, and must have at least one number)
  2. Click Save Changes.

Update your portal language preference

To change your language, change the default locale:

  1. From Account Settings, select your prefered language from the Default Locale drop-down.
  2. Click Save Changes.
