Issue/Introduction

The Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) publishes documents that represent "broad consensus about the most critical security risks to web applications." The OWASP Mobile Top Ten categories list is specifically relevant to mobile app security.

Resolution

The Appthority MTT Research Team created a list of the Threat Indicators that are most relevant to the OWASP Mobile list. If OWASP Mobile Top 10 is an important standard for your organization, Appthority recommends referencing the Threat Indicator mapping when reviewing Appthority App Reports or creating your custom policies according to the suggestions available in the attached PDF file.
