Issue/Introduction

Group Update Provider (GUP) related Double Byte Character Set (DBCS) strings is corrupted in Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) client GUI - [View Logs] - Client Management {View Logs] - [System Logs].

 

Environment

• Japanese SEPM 14.2 and greater
• Japanese SEP client 14.2 and greater

 

Resolution
