Issue/Introduction

Cannot uninstall DLP Agent on endpoint, due to a misplaced password.

Cause

Password has been lost or misplaced.

Environment

DLP 15.x

Resolution

  1. Log into the Enforce Dashboard under System > Agents > Overview > Agent List
  2. Find Agent you would like to uninstall (Agent must be connected to Endpoint Server)
  3. Check the box with the Agent that you would like to uninstall
  4. Hover above the Troubleshoot drop down menu
  5. Select Disable Uninstall Password
  6. Reboot Agent
