Dropbox desktop client cannot sync

The desktop client for Dropbox installs and runs, but it cannot sync files from the cloud.

There is no problem accessing through a browser.


The domain is dropping the connection because it detects that the SSL headers are being decrypted.

Follow the following steps:

  1. From the Portal Account access Service> Network> SSL Interception 
  2. On SSL Interception Policy add a new rule by selecting Add Rule
  3. Select Add Destinations> Domain/URL> New and add and set the rule to 'Do Not Intercept'.
  4. If adding the above domain doesn't work, add (this subnet belongs to Dropbox). Select Add Destinations> IP/Subnet> New and create the rule to not intercept.
