Gmail Drive share emails not delivering to gmail recipients.

Issue/Introduction

Emails from [email protected] to share files through google drive are being delivered to all recipients, except gmail.com addresses.

553-you are trying to use me [server-34.tower-404.<wbr>messagelab <a href="http://553-s.com" target="_blank">553-s.com</a>] as a relay, but I have not been configured to 553-let you

Cause

553-you are trying to use me as a relay, but I have not been configured to let you.

Resolution

Emails from [email protected] are attempting to route through Symantec's Outbound relay. Google.com is not an authorized sender and cannot route emails through our system.

Gsuite support needs to be followed up with on a resolution to stop [email protected] from trying to route through Symantec.
