Expected behavior if "Account unlock timeout (hours)" to 0 (Zero) in Cloud Data Protection Management Console

What will be the expected behavior if someone makes following changes.
CDP Management Console > "Gear" Icon > Management Console:
- "Enable account locking" to enabled
- "Account unlock timeout (hours)" to 0 (Zero)
If the timeout is set to 0 and account locking is enabled, it would behave as if there are no timeout at all (i.e. the user account will not be locked).
