Agent status not being updated on the Information centric tagging console

Issue/Introduction

After installing Information Centric Tagging (ICT), ICT client are receiving updates, can classify files but ICT console showing status not available if you search client under credentials tab.

Eveng viewer logs will show following entries.

The user activity dispatch will fails with event ID 262

Error in Information Centric Tagging SPA while dispatching user activity logs.

Environment

• ICSM 15.1, 15.1 MP1
• ICT Client 15.1, ICT Client 15.1 MP1

Cause

Corrupt SQL installation 

Resolution

• Verify IIS Web config file & make sure connectin string is correctly set.
• Try to reconfigure ICT console with the DB settings.
• Reintall ICT_logging database.
