The SEDR Cloud Dissolvable Agent Server Installer crashes immediately after launching it

Issue/Introduction

After downloading the Dissolvable Agent Server Installer.exe file from the SEDR Cloud portal, you execute it to perform the install. Immediately after launching it, you see an error stating the application has crashed.

Cause

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 or later is not installed.

Resolution

Please install the latest version of the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 located at this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653
