When adding the Active Directory User settings for your Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response 4.0 and later, you may see a DB Error reported.
Error: DB Error
This can occur when the data written to the internal settings database is corrupt or there is an error reading the existing data. The solution is to delete the Domain from the Appliance web interface and choose Add Domain to provide the settings for the AD server again.
