AirWatch 403 missing permissions

Issue/Introduction

In Endpoint Protection Mobile management console, while trying to add 'tag' rules in your AirWatch full integration section, you might receive "403 Missing Permissions" error. 

 

Resolution

 

 

1. Go to AirWatch/Workspace ONE UEM console > Accounts > Administrators > Roles.
2. Edit the role of the API user.
3. Navigate to Settings > Tags

4. Check the Read and Edit permissions. The permission description is: "Grants permission to access tag management".

5. Click Save.
