When looking at connectivity information for infrastructure devices from a Network Discovery Task, the data shows as mismatched on what devices are connected to what interfaces.
This is caused by changing identity of the infrastructure devices, such as moving them from one location or subnet to another, or changing the IP Address of the device.
When this occurs, the infrastructure devices and those devices previously connected to it need to be deleted from the system. Once deleted, run a new Network Discovery that includes the infrastructure device and all devices connected to it (such as an ARP or seed scan for the switch or router).
