Locate admin audit logs for Mobile

Issue/Introduction

You wish to see the changes made by your (Symantec Endpoint Protection Mobile) SEP Mobile environment administrators in logged format including time, name of admin that made the change, the category edited, and the section involved in the change.

 

Resolution

If you wish to see the admin audit logs for your SEP Mobile environment: 

1. Login to SEP Mobile https://mc.sepmobile.securitycloud.symantec.com/

2. Click on settings  

3. In the left column, click Administrators Management

4. Click the cog wheel on the right hand side of the page (next to search)

5. Select "Admin Audit Log"

6. The log will display activity in chronological order from most recent to oldest, top to bottom

7. You can click the cog wheel icon again to export this log to .csv The file will download into your browsers designated download folder.
