When you're logged into the Symantec EDR cloud console, and you click on an appliance, you're required to enter your login credentials again. With some versions of Internet Explorer 11 (IE11), the Symantec EDR cloud console is unable to provide automated access to the selected Symantec EDR appliance. If this occurs, the appliance login screen appears and you must manually authenticate by entering your login credentials.
Clearing cookies/resetting IE11 does not help.
When using IE 11, users must re-authenticate every time an appliance page is requested (even for the same page).
As a workaround, use Edge, Chrome or Firefox browsers.
