Issue/Introduction

While enrolling SEP Mobile device you get error 2408

 "Something went wrong while configuring SEP Mobile for your organization (error 2408)"

 "Something went wrong while configuring SEP Mobile for your organization (error 2408)"

Cause

The cause of this error is that you have a Mobile Device Management platform selected, but not configured.

Resolution

1. Login to SEP Mobile
2. Go to "settings" 
3. Click on "EMM and Containers" unless you already see your selected mobile device management vendor already listed on the left column under the "integrations" sections. If you see your previously selected MDM on the left, click on it. 
4. After clicking your MDM, under the resources section, click on Integration setup guide to be taken to a link that will provide full instruction for setting up your MDM integration. 
5.  Integration setup files will have your org token which you'll see that you'll need from the integration setup guide.
