Cause

In the IIS Manager console, go to Default Web site and right-click Properties. The IP address field on the Web Site tab has been changed using the Advanced button; the Host header value field was changed to include localhost and a specific DNS alias (for example, ATRSNS.myDomain.com).

Resolution

  1. Go to IIS Manager (Run 'inetmgr').
  2. Right-click on the Default Web site and select Properties.
  3. On the Web Site tab (selected by default), click on Advanced.
  4. In the Advanced Web Site identification window you need to have:
    • IP address = "(All unassigned)".
    • TCP port = "80".
    • Host header value = (empty).
