Issue/Introduction

After enrolling a Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) in the 14.2 Cloud, previously imported Organizational Units (OUs) from Active Directory (AD) are no longer linked as imported OUs within the SEPM.

Cause

Client groups (associated to AD OUs) lose their LDAP_EXTERNAL_REFERENCE_ID.

Environment

Microsoft Windows

Resolution

{FIXED_DOWNLOAD_LATEST_SEP.EN_US}

As a work around, you can delete the OU groups within the SEPM and re-import them after the cloud enrollment process is complete.
