Issue/Introduction

Unable to find the Symantec Endpoint Protection Mobile (SEP Mobile) Environment ID

Need to find the organization ID for an API integration

Support needs my Environment ID to help to troubleshoot my issue.

Resolution

Login to SEP Mobile
Go to Settings > General > Environment Info > Environment ID

 

The Environment ID may also be called the Organization ID or the Tenant ID
