Issue/Introduction

While trying to access Information Centric Tagging (ICT) console getting an error message "The trust relationship between the primary domain and the trusted domain failed"

Resolution

In order to fix this and move forward, please change all the groups, to BUILTIN\USERS, in the Database by hand by editing the dbo.configuration table in the ICT_CONFIGdatabase:
- AdAuditingConsoleGroup
- AdBlacklistConsoleGroup
- AdClassificationConsoleGroup
- AdLicensesConsoleGroup
- AdRolesConsoleGroup
- AdRulesConsoleGroup
- AdSystemSetupConsoleGroup
- AdUsersConsoleGroup
