Issue/Introduction

The default minimum detection threshold for the Symantec Data Loss Prevention Cloud Detection Service for Web Security Service (WSS) is 4KB (4096 bytes). ICAP traffic that falls under this threshold is not submitted for detection.

Resolution

If your organization has a significant amount of traffic that needs to be monitored, which falls below the default detection threshold, the threshold can be reduced. Please contact support for further assistance.
