Blank values show up in CCS reports, but the values are populated in the standard.

Even though you might have removed checks in the Standard, the version of the Standard does not get incremented so the Reporting Database Synchronization Job does not sync the changes with the reporting database.
In the Description of the Standard itself (not in the checks in the standard), make a slight modification (like add a period) and save the Standard. Then run a Reporting Database Synchronization Job and that should sync the information to the reporting database to be populated in the Report.
