Issue/Introduction

After upgrading ATP to version 3.2, within the user interface (UI), the settings page is blank.

Resolution

Usually, this is a browser cache issue.

Try using a different browser or empty the cache and try again.

 

To examine the issue further

  1. At admin CLI, type:
    tail -f /var/log/nginx/access.log | grep "settings/views/main"

     
  2. Within ATP UI, navigate to dashboard, log out, clear browser cache, log in, navigate to settings page
  3. If no new log entry appears, at admin CLI, type:
    tcpdump host 10.0.0.100 and port 443


    ...where 10.0.0.100 is the IP address of the client machine you are using to navigate to the ATP UI
     
  4. Within ATP UI, navigate to dashboard,log out,clear browser cache, log in, navigate to settings page
