Issue/Introduction

When accessing ICT consoles (Administration / Monitoring, or other services ) error page is displayed (some times even after after authentication)

When accessing ICT consoles (Administration / Monitoring, or other services ) the following error page is displayed (some times even after after authentication)

Accessing the same page on ICT server (localhost) or with IIS error responses set to Detailed its returning 404.17

 

Resolution

On  ISS verify  ICTAppPool status and if .NET CLR Version is set to v4.0
