Issue/Introduction

When configuring ICT to integrate with Azure you can also configure it for Mobile devices. 

Resolution

For this, you will need to configure the Mobile Mail Service, so you can invoke one of the methods, according to the instructions in the Administration manual.

If, for some reason you are not able to get the service account, please validate the following:

  1. All the Azure pre-requisites related to Azure are installed;
  2. Mobile Mail service is correctly configured according to the installation manual;
  3. The service account and the Local System account have access to the internet - to *.aadrm.com and *.cloudapp.net URLs through 443 port. No 401, 404 or 500 errors with time-outs.
