Issue/Introduction

When you add the details of your AWS connection to import the account details, you may sometimes face some issues. You can try some troubleshooting techniques, before you contact the Symantec Support team.

 

Resolution

Issue Solution
You have saved your connection detais on the Connections page of the Settings workspace, but you are not able to see the account and resource details.

Ensure the followng: 

  • The periodic sync job is complete.

  • At least one scan is run on the newly added account.

While adding connection details, you select CloudTrail instead of Periodic Sync.

You will not see the services supported by Cloud Workload Assurance.
