Unable to add licensing for Symantec Endpoint Protection Hardening App Isolation or Symantec Endpoint Protection App Control to the cloud console.
No error, but the ability to add licenses is not available until a trial for Symantec Endpoint Protection Hardening App Isolation or Symantec Endpoint Protection App Control

Until a trial for SEP Hardening App Isolation or SEP App Control is added to the SEP Cloud manager the option to add licenses will not be available.
To check the products that are able to be licensed navigate to Settings
Select Subscriptions
See the list of products that are available to view the subscription status. If only Symantec Endpoint Protection is listed see below for steps to add more products*
From the home screen look for the option to add new products in the upper right or the lower left and select the needed products and then follow the prompts to try now.
If there is no option to try now contact Symantec Technical Support and request that the trials be added to your domain. Be prepared to have your Administrator email and domain ID available for this.
Once a support request has been entered a request will be sent to development to activate the trial for the domain requested.
Once you are notified that the request has been fulfilled check the products that are able to be licensed navigate to Settings
Select Subscriptions as before and select the product that is now ready to add a subscription to.
Select the Add Subscription + button and follow the on screen directions to add the subscription information.
*At a later date the option to add subscriptions will not require contacting support to add the trial.
