This artcile describes how you can validate which version of ICT is installed on both servers and clients
Windows Client (one of the following):
Go to Control Panel > Programs and features and check the ICT version in the Version column
2. Open any Office App; if the ICT client is installed, go to click the ICT tab and then the About ICT
3. Go to C:\Program Files\Symantec Corporation\Information Centric Tagging and right click cssecure-outlook.dll or mls-office.dll to access its properties - the version can be found in the Details tab (File version e Product version)

RightsWATCH Server (One of the following):
Exchange server (One of the following):
3. Go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\ClientAccess\Owa\Bin and right click cs-server-common.dll to access its properties - the version can be found in the Details tab (File version e Product version)
