Issue/Introduction
Email is automatically classified and the user isn't able to change the classification.
This also occurs when saving a file in other applications, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Resolution
Check Automatic Classification Rules on the server configuration
Inform the user of the ability to see the Automated Rules in Outlook and check with the Client if the Rules are configured properly
Inform the client of the possibility of adding a warning when automated rules are applied
