Issue/Introduction

Email is automatically classified and the user isn't able to change the classification. 

This also occurs when saving a file in other applications, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Resolution

  • Check Automatic Classification Rules on the server configuration
  • Inform the user of the ability to see the Automated Rules in Outlook and check with the Client if the Rules are configured properly
  • Inform the client of the possibility of adding a warning when automated rules are applied
