Unable to ping-test SpanVA system

Issue/Introduction

Opened CMD prompt; attempted to ping-test the SpanVA system and received complete packet loss return with the following time-out response:   

Request timed out

Environment

CloudSOC v2.x

Cause

Confirmed ICMP is disabled on SpanVA systems.

Resolution

Working as designed.
