AD-RMS Client 2.0 registry keys that contain the paths to the Licensing and Certification

Issue/Introduction

The AD RMS client 2.0 needs registry keys that contain the paths to the Licensing and Certification webservices in a different location.  This MUST be done if you do notregister the SCP.

Resolution

Add a key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSIPC\ServiceLocation\EnterprisePublishing with the default value “[http|https]://RMSClusterName/_wmcs/Licensing”

Add a key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSIPC\ServiceLocation\EnterpriseCertification with the default value “[http|https]://RMSClusterName/_wmcs/Certification”
