Issue/Introduction

 

Symantec Protection Engine (SPE) provides an option to export Detailed Reports.  After installing SPE 7.9.1 generating an HTML report works, however, when generating the CSV report none of the expected data is returned.

 

 

 

Within the generated CSV report only the following XML tag is present:

Cause

 

This is a defect in Symantec Protection Engine 7.9.1 handling of the CSV export process.

Resolution

 

This issue has been resolve in Symantec Protection Engine (SPE) 7.9.2.
