Issue/Introduction

Ghost fails to save image over http/s to package server if app id password contains a '\', '/' or ':' or '@'

To reproduce:
Set the app ID to have a password that contains a '\', '/' or ':' '@'

For Example: AAx$23.x\t

Ghost attempts to write to the package server and fails stating it can't 
find the path.  

The Ghost error log will state: 'Invalid URL failed to create the image file. '

Environment

DS 7.x, 8.x

Cause

The password contains a '\', '/' or ':' or '@'

Resolution

Workaround:

Use a password for the NS App Id that doesn't contain '\', '/' or ':' or '@'

Solution:

Issue will be resolved in 8.5 RU2 due out first quarter 2k19
