Issue/Introduction

You notice the SpanVA is not processing large files and want to know what is the file size limit that the SpanVA can process.

Resolution

• The SpanVA does not have a file size limit that it can process and upload.
• However, the recommendation is to keep the log files smaller than 16GB for better performance.
• Sometimes, the proxy/firewall may block large file uploads. Therefore, if you notice that the SpanVA is not processing large files, please check with your proxy/firewall team to add an exception to the SpanVA or reduce the size of the file the SpanVA receives.
