Environment

Confirmed in SIM version 8.5.3025 and ITMS 8.1 and 8.5 when Require SSL is enabled for the Default Web Site.

Cause

SIM remembers SSL configuration that was used during initial ITMS installation and ignores current SSL state.

Resolution

This issue is resolved with upcoming release of SIM, version 8.5.3212 or greater; until release, workaround is to view license used counts in the console.
