Issue/Introduction

Search with more than two double-byte character does not return any match from Email Quarantine search.

We are seeing this issue when searching with Japanese character but it is suspected on other double-byte characters.

For example

If the subject is "未承諾広告テスト", you can search with "広告" ,but cannot get results with "承諾広告" or "テスト".
