PBE emails from Echoworx are in several languages, not just one.

Issue/Introduction

You want the Policy-Based Encryption emails, that Echoworx sends to recipients to notify them that they have a message to collect, to only be sent in one Language, not four or five languages in one email.

Cause

This seems to be the default behavior for the PBE notices that echoworx sends

Resolution

Open a ticket  with Broadcom Support, and provide these details:

• • Specify the customer domains and that you want the notices to be sent in one language, and specify the language.
