Issue/Introduction

After October 11th 2018, on Content Analysis 2.3.1.3 or earlier. When attempting to upload data from the Content Analysis UI, it indicates that the transfer was accepted, yet the case never updated with the troubleshooting log.
 

No error message provided.

Cause

The back end upload system has changed, and does not accept the leading 0-0 on case numbers. The UI validation requires a format containing a number, a dash, followed by nine more numbers to accept the input.

Resolution

Upload through CLI. Refer to TECH251725 for further instructions. This option is only available in Content Analysis 2.x

Upgrade to 2.3.5.1 or later.
