Listing localhost in Filter by Network Properties fails

Issue/Introduction

Data Loss Prevention - Agent configuration
In the Agent configuration, under Channel Filters > Filter by Network Properties > Domain Filters, "-localhost" does not work.
Incidents are still created when the user accesses the web apps that are hosted on the localhost.
Cannot use Application Monitoring as that would require white listing all browsers, which would be a large security hole.

Resolution

Testing has shown that using "-localhost*" works.
Without the "*", localhost is considered a host name, not a domain name.
