Issue/Introduction

Unified agent is experiencing extremely long load times for any internet site. Some sites timeout. Users routed through the Unified Agent through other sites are not affected.

Cause



UDP was blocked on the firewall in the location having the issue.

Resolution

For optimum performance, Unified Agent is best with UDP

Enable UDP over port 443 at the firewall.
