"No Data Available" - User Role Permissions in reporting

Issue/Introduction

The fields are showing up with only the text "No Data Available" when generating a User Role Permissions report.
 

Cause

The user generating the report does not have the correct permissions enabled to be able to view the specific information in the report. This causes the report to display, "No Data Available".

Resolution

The correct permissions need to be assigned to User's roles on their account. This will need to be done by either the account administrator or another user with adequate control.

  1. Go to Administration > User Management
  2. Select the user whose roles need modification
  3. Select User Roles
  4. Select User standard role and then assign the permissions needed to have this user report on.

Note

Check to see if the user has permissions for All services or a specific group (Example Anti-Spam). The role will be dependent on the group they are under. For both access to a specific group or all services, the role needed is typical "View Statistics." If the information still does not appear, View Sensitive Statistics needs to be granted.
