Set the timeout value for admin sessions in Web Isolation

Issue/Introduction

The default timeout (60 minutes) of the Administrator session in the Symantec Web Isolation management console needs to be adjusted.

Resolution

You can adjust the timeout as follows:

1. Go to System Configuration > Advanced Configuration.
2. On the Advanced Configuration Settings page, search for the parameter authenticationService.tokenWindowInMinutes.
3. Configure the required timeout, in minutes.

There is no need to push settings. The new timeout will become effective for new login sessions.
